Brain Agents (Unity C#)
Brain agents is a live game about trauma resilience played in public schools in the Milwaukee area. I worked as a programmer but my responsibilities included:
-
Designing & implementing gameplay systems
-
Debugging and optimization keeping the game at our target 30 fps for multiple platforms
-
Designing and implementing music and audio systems
-
Designing gameplay aligned with core trauma resilience principles.
-
Interfacing with Microsoft's Playfab to handle user account data

A level I helped optimize by breaking it into multiple scenes working with addressables to transfer data between them

An audio visualizer I implemented using an FFT
A music creation toy I created that records and plays back player created note sequences as audio to construct tunes

The project is produced by STRYV365, a Milwaukee-based nonprofit that creates customized non-clinical trauma-informed programming.
